For months I've been happily uploading photos from my 8330 Curve, until... just this week! When I connect the BB to my computer via cable, nothing happens! I used to get a message asking me if I wanted to switch to (Mass Media??) mode. I clicked yes, and then the photos uploaded. Now I don't get the question and the photos just sit there on my BB.
I am able to email them one-by-one to my pc email address, very slow and tedious process.
What happened? Is some feature turned off that I'm unaware of?
Ok, have you tried the obvious? Someone else will come along and help us I'm sure but try this first...
BB Options/ Media card/Media Card SUpport=ON/Mass Storage Mode Support=ON/Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected=YES
Those are my settings. Please try and report back. Hope this is what you are talking about.
it happens to me every so often it usually a corrupt file i have uploaded so delete last files put on until it works again usually takes care of or a battery pull will.
