Hey guys! I just purchased the 8320. I am not using a media card yet. I am trying to sync music from windows media player to my phone. My laptop shows new software found and installed when I plug my blackberry in via the USB. However, when I try to sync the selected files through the media player is says no device detected. Anyone have this issue or know which step I may be leaving out?
I'm new to this too, but i know you have to install the blackberry desktop manager and transfer music, pictures, etc., thru the built in media manager, which is pretty slow on mine. also, get a micro sd card, as the built in memory on the device is so small, i couldn't even load one song after i'd loaded some pictures. i got a 4 gig at staples last weekend for $25 on sale. good luck.
