Hi,

First time posting here.

I have had an 8700r for some time now. With all the downsizing in our company, an 8300 Curve came available. We have BES and I use Outlook.

I wiped the 8300, and upgraded to 4.5.0.81

I just put in the sim card, and using the desktop software, activated the unit. Everything seemed to go OK, but for the following:

1) nothing came through in my deleted items folder (not a big deal)
2) in my inbox, nothing before Jan 13th came through
3) I keep all my old emails in one folder (there are lots) in that folder nothing came through before Jan 9th except 1 random one from each of October, September, and July

What am I missing here?
