I've never used a blue tooth headset. I bought the blueant z9i today. When I press the multifunction button to make a voice call, my Curve goes into "initializing voice dialing" mode. The "initializing voice dialing" prompt remains on the screen and it never completes. If I turn off the headset and manually press voice dialing on my handset it works fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Solved my own problem. I called their toll free help line. The customer service person had me delete the device from my phone, reset the headset and then pair it with my phone again. Voila, it worked.
