Hello I a bit of problem with a blackberry 8330 curve that I got. When you turn on the wireless it has an X where the signal strength should be. Everything else works fine with the device, when i go into service status it shows available networks as Bell Mobility but it can't connect to it, and when I run the diagnostic test it comes back with a message saying APN list is empty. I have tried to reload the O/S many time, as well as wiping it using different methods and even resetting it to factory default, but nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated.
