I have ask to many of my friend that are BB Pro and my problem seems to be tricky. I have researched the issue on your forum and I can't find an answer. I hope somebody can help me.

I'm a BB 8330 user with 4.5 OS, I use BES and BIS. I have installed BB messenger 5 couple of weeks ago. I uninstalled it 2 days ago. Since than, I can not access Menu in message section. (can't have menu neither when I press track ball on the date) This is causing not to be able to create new e-mail/pin/sms, can't "show has unread", delete without opening the message, etc.

It is not the Menu key that is broken since it works with all the other application (even when I'm in a message itself).

Made this trouble shooting and no result:

- Remove the battery 5 min and re-instaled at lease 3 times (dah!)
- Re-installed the 4.5 OS
- Re-installed BB Messenger 5
- Removed and reload BIS Service Book
- Uninstalled BB Messenger 5
- Reprogrammed the device
- Re-installed BB Messenger 5 (again)
- Wipped the device
- Set BES back
- Uninstalled BB Messenger 5 (again)

Thought buying H�agen-Dazs and cry, but don't think it will fix anything...
