I work in a VZ retail store so I have a bit of experience in regards to media transfer capabilities of mobile phones...99.9% of phones manufactured in the past few years have the ability for the user to go to the phone memory, choose pics, video, or music, hit 'options', select 'move', select 'mark all', and then move everything over to the card at once...except for Blackberry devices?

Am I missing something really simple here, or is it a fact that on Blackberry devices, one must move every item individually if the mass storage mode was not in effect and the pictures, music, or video have been saved in the device memory?
