Just got an 8320, when i go to transfer from sim card to phone it acts like it is doing it, but when i go to my address/phone book, it has no numbers. When i try to add a number manually it says it is a duplicate number. I cannont find any numbers. What am i doing wrong, or what is going on?

You can always go to a phone retaler like alltel with both phones and have them hool it to the machine for a quick transfer of number ! Always call around to make sure they are capable for some retailer do not have the machine . I believe it is compatible with the sims . Hope this helps !

did you go through the initial setup icon, i know i had the same problem when i bought this phone. I had an empty address book, but when people called their name and number showed up. I just ran the setup again and i picked up all my numbers.

Or you could always hit up T-mobile store and have them do it for you.
