So I'm leaving the BB world for a bit, as I'm upgrading to a HTC Hero. I ordered it online, and got it today, but all the Sprint stores are closed, and I don't think I'll be able to get there tomorrow at all, so what I'd like to know is if there's any way to transfer ALL contacts at once, either via bluetooth or somehow through the desktop manager software.

Syncronize contacts to outlook, then syncronize your new phone with outlook. If you don't have it you can download the trial.

Yes. Blackberry Desktop Manager has syncronization built in. Oh! The Hero is a Droid. In order to sync the hero with outlook you need to look for an app that does that. I don't have one so I can't recommend anything.

An alternate you can do it use google sync. It works both on the blackberry and droid. Mmmmm.. All over the air.
