hey yall
my blackberry is a month old but i've always had troubles going sideways, alot more in the browser but in the menus also...

any ideas on how to fix this?

is it worth going to the Telus store and whining to the seller about it?

Similar issue here. Mine is only a week old and the trackball going up has been problematic since I took it out of the box...

Same issue....took it back to the store...confirmed as a defect and returned for a new one.

Other people will tell you to clean it but unless in the week you've had it you all have been eating peanut butter while using your BB, I don't think cleaning will help.

I would take it back while still under warranty.
