If you click a letter while in menu mode.
Like.

Completly random
Close
Full Menu

If you click C, you will highlight completly random.
Then click C again and it will highlight Close.
Click F for highlighting Full Menu.

You can experiment. There's a few ways that can help a lot in this type of situation (if you have keyboard shortcuts enabled.) For example, if you click "F" on the home screen, the notification profiles menu will open. You can then click another letter (say "N" for normal, "L" for loud, "Q" for quiet, "V" for vibrate, etc.), followed by the enter key to make your selection. Other menus might have some similar options.
