So someone told me there is an app that makes your trackball change color, does anyone know about this.

From what I understand that program is only available for the Pearl not the Curve, but that would be awesome if someone would make the program for the Curve, I want it

The Curve does not have multi-colored LEDs like the Pearl does. I would so totally dig such a silly, useless feature, too. I freely admit it.

The app from Hangango is called "Pimp My Pearl" and it does say curve compatible. It does also say that it only changes the track ball colors on the Pearl. It says for any other phone it only works on the light on the upper right hand side of the unit. I believe the apps cost is $4.95 or so. I ha dit and I did enjoy it then I purchased an alert app which I like better.

You can at least buy different color track balls. They are just as easy to install as pushing some buttons and changing the color with an app.

As others have said changing the trackball color on the curve is impossible using software. The phone only has a white LED light, so the only way to change it is to change the color of the ball itself, or put a small piece of colored tape over the LED.
