Hope someone can help me. I was not able to delete voice mails after listening to them,keep pressing the 7 key and it would only show as a z, even tried alt before hitting 7. Stopped by the cell phone both and asked someone familiar with the blackberry. He said my "touch tones" were off, so the "network" didn't hear my response. So he messed with my phone looking for the option to turn the touch tones on, and couldn't find it.
Came home and read a couple of the threads which said to go to options>screen/ keyboard > key tones--- on. did that and was able to delete my old voice mails, but now I have an obnoxious beep when ever I press ANY key. How can i delete my voice mails without having the phone beep every I use it?

you may need to go into your settings and see if there is a way to turn it off i really dont like touch sreen cuz it is really hard to use it. but you should be able to fine it somewhere. sorry if i am not that big of a help i try. Jess
