My phone got wet and now the toggle thingy is not working. Are there any short keys manually I can use before my new phone gets here - drivin me nuts can't move around/navigate....??

are you talking about the trackball??? if so, take it to the verizion place and have them replace it for free....

Did he/she just call their trackball "the toggle thingy"? lol. Sorry, I had to get that laugh.

There aren't very many easy ways to navigate with the 8330 without the "toggle thingy." Go to your carrier and get it replaced.
