i have tmo as my service provider and am trying to set up my email thru the "set up internet email"
when i click on that icon it takes me to t-zones "webdownloadsmyaccount"
i do a search for 'yahoo mail'
and the search gives me 'go to yahoo mail'
after have tried to enter my ID/pw and it just keeps taking me back to the login screen.

anyone else had this issue before?
how do most of you check your emails?

I have at&t and unable to really guide you, but why are you searching?

With AT&T, I click add account, type in "[email protected]" and put the password in the password field.

when I go to the tmobile website and sign in; on that homepage there is a link under "communication tools" and under "messaging" that says "set up blackberry internet email" and that link takes you to the setup page.

this is the actual link typed out:

    https://my.t-mobile.com/PartnerServi...ce=BbyIntEmail

let me know how it goes!!

Hmmm. I don't recall ever seeing that before. You should call T-Mo customer service so they can figure it out. They might also need to tweak a setting on your account.
