I'm having a big problem with a third party application, which connects to a javaserver. The javaserver is set to accept any connection from any ip. I tried to connect the curve 8330 with the newer 4.5 OS with no success. The curves, with the 4.3 OS connect successfully. Is there anything on the new OS, that I need to change, in order to get the curve to connect? Your help is greatly appreciated.
If it worked correctly with Browser v4.3, it should work with the upgraded Browser v4.5.
The first place to look is Browser / Options / Browser Configuration.
Support Javascript and Allow Javascripts pop-ups should be enabled. If this does not correct the problem, try enabling everything to get the connection.
