My phone is reading Reload Software 513. Ive done some surfing on the issue, there must be an fool proof way of fixing this issue. I mean i understand most of it but i keep reading about deleting Os .exe files and i dont even know what that is or how to find this file.
Im so frustrated im thinking of tossing the phone and buy a new one, please help.
