I was trying to free up some memory on my 8330 so I removed the default themes. Then shrunk my os and checked delete themes. Well when I loaded the os it had a funky looking screen and I had no theme menu in options so I moved the default zen theme back where it went reloaded my os now the zen theme is on there but all my custom themes are not under themes. But when I'm in my apps I can see the themes how do I get them back under my themes so I can use them reload my os again?

Custom themes are dependent on the original OS themes. That's why they say it's best not to delete the OS themes. (Carrier-specific themes however are safe to delete.)
