I am brand new BB owner, I just switched from a Palm Pre. I have my phone on the Dimension Today (Active) theme and usually, once I read a message/email, the time, name, and subject usually disappears, whether I delete the message or not. However, I have one text that is still showing up on my active screen. I've tried deleting the text many times but it is still coming up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's a shame, because some themes don't refresh themselves after items come in\get read etc...
