Hi,

I'm new to BB and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, sorry if it's not. Also, I did a search, but couldn't find the answer to my question so hopefully someone can help. When I receive a long text (not sure how many characters), it gets cut off and I don't receive the rest of it in another text. Is there any way to fix this or see the rest of the text message?

Welcome to CB. Normally when I receive a long text it retreives the rest of the message on it on. You may want to contact TMO to see if there is an issue with you text.
