you ran out of device memory, do a battery pull for starters, but your best bet is a memory optimization...

i have put a 4GB memory card, can the emails n messages kept there automatically?

Sadly you cant store emails or sms on your card

that is only for pics/songs/vids

al messages stay on the device memory

i only have the standard themes, just change the wallpaper and you'd never notice the difference!

Keep the BB Dimension themes as these work as a base for a lot of third party themes. You may just wish to thin down on some of the themes you've installed.
