Ok so I got my first blackberry today and was wondering if there was any way to group the text messages by contact? I'm coming from a poor little rant so I have a long way to go..but Im used to the way it grouped conversations by contact... any answers would be very appreciated. Thanks

If you're referring to threaded text messaging the bb does not natively do this. But you can a) go to options, sms text, & change the # of previous items to whatever you desire and it will show that many previous texts from a contact under the most recent one. Or b) search "threaded messaging", there are paid apps that do this for bb.

Oh my gosh I think I�m so out my element...lol Im hoping threaded messages are what Im thinking they are. Basically my old phone was set up like the iphone with the name and any text messages you have sent that person..

I�m playing around with the options now and I don�t think it does it but I will definitely look around for an app...
