So I have a 8330 with sprint and I used to be able to teather myphone and get online on my computer through it.
I have been busy lately and havnt been able to get on the computer, I tried to connect last night and I kept getting the unable to connect to remote computer message. But the phone is connected to the desktop manager and I can swap files and such but just can't connect online. I know I havnt done anything on the computer side so I'm assumeing its the phone.
Any suggestions ideas etc
I tried to search but couldn't find anyone with the same problems

Do you have a tethering plan? If yes, call tech support. If no, search for Tetherberry.

I'm guessing that you mean "tethering" and not "teathering".

It has been reported on the forums that Sprint has recently acquired the ability to cut off people who were tethering without a tethering plan added to their account.

If you are paying for tethering and it's not working, then you should call Sprint Customer Service.

MM is correct...no more free tethering for us Sprint users. I downloaded Tetherberry when it was 1/2 off last week and works terrific for tethering.
