Does anyone know when you set up an email account through ATT.Blackberry.com how often they poll the relevant server for mail?

i dont think its a poll, its more of an instant push.
If you setup a gmail account through your BIS, you need to go into the settings in your actual gmail account, and enable POP3 access, and you should start receiving the mail immediately
I have sent an email to myself, with my BB right in front of me, and gotten it on my BB the same time it hits my gmail account
