Hopefully someone out here can help. My Blackberry 8310 freezes up and won't let me open up the messages. The indicator states I have one new message. When I try to open it nothing happens. It use to occur once in a while. Now it is happening regularly. I am pulling the battery, sometimes it works, sometimes it won't. Any suggestions? has this happened to anyone else out there?
