I'm having some trouble using my BlackBerry as a modem. I have followed instructions from several different websites, but all to no avail. When I try to connect a box pops up prompting me for a username and password. Everything that I have read says to leave these boxes blank, so I do, but when I hit connect it goes to the try again/diagnose problems box.
This is really frustrating... any help will be appreciated.
