I asked.........I paid $49 each for my Curve and my Son's Pearl.........

Additionally, just check back with them on the refurbs..........they usually ALWAYS get resupplied.........you can also ask local retailers.........they often have in store loaners - some of which have rarely if ever been used........I picked up a KRZR (NEW in box) a couple of months ago for $35 for a gift to a friend......

Call them.....or find a local electronics retailer......often retailers will run promotions that are far better than ATT's PUBLISHED deals.......also ATT does have latitude regarding their deals.............

Here in Portland the local retailer CAR TOYS often has incredible deals for new users and/or upgrades......

Every time I see how cheap people got their curves it makes me so mad. I paid $99.99 for a REFURB less than a month ago, and amazon basically pays you to take a NEW one.

Call ATT - explain the situation to them (if you in fact bought it less than 30 days ago - or even close to it) and ask them to credit your account $50 bucks....or you will consider returning it to get a NEW one for $49.........be civil and I bet you get the credit..........they can do the $50 without escalating the case.......

I really got screw as I paid 349 for my new curve from ATT as I was not eligible for a new phone as I was only one year into my contract (even though I have been an ATT customer for 8 years and my current plan has two BB and two regular phones and is about 250 per month). I wasn't too happy however I do love this phone coming from the pearl.

Curious of those that are saying they got cheap phones...either new or refurbs....was it with a contract?

I just upgraded, saw the 8310 at best buy for 79 bucks, took a pic of the add and brought it to AT&T and they matched the price! Now I just gotta figure out how to get a receipt from AT&T for the "regular upgrade" price and send it in along with the rebate sheet and I made 20 bucks!!
