    Just got my Curve and can't get the sync to set up. E-mail works great, but the sync will not even install. It starts and then I get an error "unknown error reported".

    If you are refering to Desktop software - Then you have a disk that might be corrupt. You can D/L the version of this software from either BlackBerry® Software Updates or Smartphones, Cell Phones & Smart Phones at BlackBerry.com
