When I try to sync my BB Curve 8330 (v4.3) with my Vista OS, it begins to sync, and then I get an error message that says "Windows encountered an error and has to close" and I have no choice but to close it.
I keep trying over and over, but it's not working. I then uninstalled and then reinstalled the BB Desktop Manager and hoped it would work, but still no dice.
Anyone encountered this problem? Anyone know how I can get my BB to synchronize completely?
I checked the forums, but no ones problem seems to be the same as mine.
I am having the same issue. I have deleted the DM about a dozen time and it still is giving me problems. I went back to the DM 4.2 and it works fine. It actually runs faster. I like the look of the new DM but i cant get it to work with out ending in an error.
