I am trying to sync with my outlook profile and it will sync 10 contacts then an error box will come up and give me "Error Code-0x80040fb3 check documentation"

Anyone know what this means?

Try clearing your browser cache (either in your phone by going to the browser, cache properties, clear cache) or in DM go to back up & restore, advanced, clear browser cache. Usually does the trick.

hmm I don't recognize the error message but... it used to be if you had Blank contacts in Outlook it would crash the sync process. Go look at your contacts and delete any contacts you find that are just blank. If I had a nickle for every time I saw that problem... I could get a happy meal
