    If I change any contact information in Outlook 2007, in an existing contact, (e.g., and e-mail address), when I sync to my 8330, it does not change in my phone!!! Once in a while it catches it but usually not, same goes
    for "Notes"...HELP!

    go to your options for sync and it set to sync 1 way (eg BB to outlook) or is it set to sync both ways.

    sounds to me like its set to 1 way, i can be more exact when i get home tonight unfortunately im @ work.
