    1. What doesn't work? What steps are you following? Did you set up the synchronization in the configuration in BlackBerry Desktop Manager?

    2. There's no SPAM filter on your phone. You will need to log in to your carrier's BIS and set up filters there.

    Yes but the addresses wont come through. I followed all the steps and its set up but no addresses are synced
