So, I got my Verizon Curve today and I was switching from the Pearl. I went to the switch device wizard and after doing all it's business it came to a part saying I did not activate it yet and wanted to know about me using outlook. I selected that option because I have my contacts and stuff in there and it gave me an error message saying I didn't have provisions or something like that. I am utterly confused right now so if you can help I would appreciate it. I have tried a search but nothing worthwhile came up.
I also don't have a option for BIS. When I go to set up my email accounts again (the device switching isn't taking), it only has BES email activation as an option.
I just took it to the Verizon store and after an hour and a half I got my email setting icon and stuff back but there is another problem and that is I keep getting 1x and no EV DO. I don't know what to do now.
