Hi!

I am hoping someone can help me! I recently switched my website hosting from GoDaddy to Yahoo and now cannot receive emails from my work address onto my Curve. My personal emails are working fine.

Can anyone suggest what I can do to fix this?

I am BlackBerry and Computer illiterate so speak slowly and give details!

Um so your work email was Yahoo?

Or Godaddy Hosting was work email...


Have you check your BIS account and sent Service Books.?

Have you configured your DM to synch with the new Yahoo address? Also I second the motion on resending the service books.
