Hi,

I have two questions. When I receive a BBM or an email my 8330 does not make any noise, just the light blinks. How can I fix that?

Also I have a number 1 and it looks like a picture of the globe in the upper right hand corner of main screen. I dont' know what that is. Anyone can help me?

Go into your profiles and change the response to BBM and email. The profile settings are different on an 8130 than what I have on my 9630, so I can't give you the specific menu steps.

I don't recall what your mystery icon means, but I think it's described in one of the FAQs. You might search for "what is this icon?"

When I go to profile only thing on my 8330 is the settings for the sound on the phone. Can anyone else help me?
