So when I send out some mail on my computer via Gmail, the sent messages go to my BBcurve and it alerts me that I have new msg's. Is there a way to stop this? I've got "hide sent messages" turned on, and "reconcile" turned off. New to this, apologies Help meee...

Sorry if I'm not being clear. Basically I don't want an alert on my phone to tell me I've sent emails on my computer. I know this. Just need to know about emails people send to me.
