    I mean, I could delete them (can I?), but is that really necessary?
    As of now I just use Ramble I'm, is anything better?

    Never used ramble, but jivetalk is still the best im app I've found

    You should be able to go into preferences on both applications and quit the autostart... I hate that too! Good luck!
