I have never dropped the phone or banged it around. I took out the battery to swap to a full charged one and now the stand by button won't work. It will turn the screen on, but it won't put the phone in stand by anymore. Is this something I can fix or do I have to go to Verizon for a new phone?
I had that same problem yesterday. I did a soft reset, and it fixed it. I have a couple hardware problems per week. Ha. Or atleast I'd like to think so, so I can eventually get another phone.
