when i turn it on, everything seems normal, until you try to do something. YOU CANT. the trackball doesn't move, none of the keys work. And minutes later when i haven't touched the phone. the dial screen comes up with a bunch of u's and o's .....and i mean lots of them.
is there something i can do to fix this.
i did pull the sim card out for a few weeks, and it worked like a charm, but then i happens all over again.
Sounds like liquid/moisture damage. If it hasn't gotten wet, pull the battery with the power on. Leave the battery out for a few minutes, then reinstall the battery.
