I've gotten a new laptop at work this week now running Vista, so I went onto Sprint's website and grabbed the latest version of SmartView. It was just updated on March 19th. I also have BDM 4.7 on my PC which seems to be a newer version than what Sprint links you to on their download section
I used to be able to connect on my XP laptop with no problems, and now low and behold with the new PC I can't connect with SmartView. It continues to read "No Wireless Device Detected".
Could this be my BDM version or did Sprint potentially lock out the new version of SmartView so that you finally have to pay? Any thoughts?
I am running it and have no issues with XP Home on Netbook. Could either be Vista or DM 4.7 which is not recommended here. Try 4.6 and it does not need to running with Smartview either. My version is 1.20.0016. Good luck!
