I have a 8330 through Sprint with their Sprint Navigator app. It worked great until my BlackBerry was connected to the BES at work. Now nothing. Google maps does work though. I just prefer the TeleNav app.
The Sprint repair facility "fixed it"...by disconnecting the BES connection. When I reconnected the same thing happened. According to the IT guys at work we have hundreds of BlackBerries on the network and they all work fine but they will continue to look into it. All my settings match working phones. Any suggestions?
