I am a loyal sprint customer of 5 years. When i upgraded to my blackberry curve i was flying blind, since i have never owned a smartphone before now. But i cant seem to get any access to any of the old programs that were on my previous phone (LG Rumor) such as the 50 + ringtones i had and the screen savers, not to mention the number of pictures that were saved on my picture mail website inside of sprint. If anyone knows how to get any of this information, that would be great, since sprint is being less than zero for help.
