Any information would be helpful. I contacted Sprint Blackberry support and after 15 minutes the call conveniently got disconnected. They were no help.
With the new OS, whenever I get picture mail, I click to 'get link' like I used to before the upgrade, and now it takes me to the sprint picture mail site and will not load any pictures. It just keeps telling me the cookies are disabled. This is not true. I checked and as far as I can tell the cookies are accumulating in my cache. I cleared the cache and everything, did a battery pull or two and still have the same problem.
found the solution, although I am not sure of the negative side effects this might bring up later. This solution was posted in the Pearl forums. I tried it and it works

Okay I got it figured out!!
If this happens
1. go into the phone�s BROWSER
2. Blackberry key and hit OPTIONS
3. Click BROWSER CONFIGURATION
4. Blackberry key and hit RESTORE DEFAULTS
