Has anyone who upgraded to 4.5 spoofed their OS Ver to show 4.2.2? I want to get a few apps and themes from mobile.blackberry.com but as of now there are no themes available for the 8320 OS 4.5

I don't know about "spoofing" the OS. But most themes will work with 4.5.

I don't know any way to spoof the OS. If you were to succeed in downloading an incompatible theme, you'd almost certainly end up with an inop blackberry.
