I have an 8330 and my voice recorder gets into a mode where it spontaneously creates voice recordings. I know it's not because it's happening in my pocket, because the messages are very uniform. The occur at exactly 10 minute intervals, and I don't hear anything when I try to play them. It looks like they are of fairly random duratiion , from 3 to about 9 minutes.
I'm thinking this can't be good, and I would appreciate any help. After I delete them, I find that I can prevent them, but only for a while, by doing a battery pull.
I just got off the phone with first my "corporate representative" and Sprint (or was it Blackberry, I'm not sure, they got them on the line)
Anyway, they said they thought a reload of the handheld software would do the trick. So I'm going to take it to a local rep, to do that. It's a pain, since I'll have to do all my corporate email setup, etc, again.
