Hello again,

When I press & hold the "1" key to access voicemail, after the call starts, a pop-up comes on stating "pausing for 3 seconds" and then attempts to start a 3 way call with another number. The only way I'm able to call voicemail is to manually dial my number.

Try battery reset to see if this might help. Also check your speed dial to assure everything looks good there.

go to call log, press menu, options, then edit vmail and remove password from password field
