Have a great site here. Answered many questions already just by reading these threads.
Any way of answering the phone directly with the speakerphone instead of answering the regular way and then hitting the speakerphone button. This would really help when driving the car. One less time to take your eyes off the road.

Thats the only way, but if you get a bluetooth thats better for answering calls when you are driving.
