Hi, I just purchased my 8330 today and put a few ringtones on, and they worked but then all of a sudden if I try to change them or anything they just stop working, and then I have no audio at all on anything. And since the first time that it happend It will do it whenever, I don't even have to be messing with the ringtones. Should I take it back and replace it, or what should I do. And yes I have tried battery pulls it only works for about 10 minutes, then they stop working again.
Where did you save them? Phones internal memory or an SD card? If you saved to the SD card, you might need to format it 1st before using it. I've never had a problem with mine, and all my custom ringtones are just that; ones I've custom made and ported over to my SD card.
