    when i talk to someone tha sound is a little distorted when they talk. what can i do

    Not much, I had to return a phone that had distortion in the earpiece. It sounded "buzzy" during calls, but sounded ok when in speakerphone or playing music.

    If your phone is less than 12 mos. old, take it back for a warranty exchange.

    Shouldn't cost you anything, a warranty exchange is different from an insurance claim, which is probably what you are thinking will cost $95.
