    Hello. Is sorting texts by inbox, sent and outbox possible with the 8830? If so please help. I've tried everything

    The device will auto sort them for you. Messages > menu > view folder > SMS outbox/inbox

    For some reason when I click on messages..I just get a box full of messages sent and received all together. I don't have an option to view folder

    Hit the menu (BlackBerry) key and go to view folder
